Shot 7 – Comforter Update
I used our updated week 8 video that Zachary put together to see how the transition between shot 6 and shot 7 would look.
Should be even more subtle since it’s almost fully settled in shot 6
Will try adding settling movement to the throw blanket only to avoid continuity issues
Test 2:
Simulation of corners only
Pressure constraint
Pinned the rest of the blanket to the sculpted shape that Emily made!
I think having only the corners move fits better with the Shot 6 ending, since the front corners are settling last

Shot 7 – Comforter Tests
Test 1 (version 2):
Simulation of the full comforter falling and settling
Pressure constraint to keep fluffly shape from sculpt
Decreased bend and stretch stiffness from version 1
Test 1 (version 1):
Simulation of the full comforter falling and settling
Will need to start later for transition from previous shot

Shot 2 – Embroidery Update
Since we’ve dedicated much of our time to our hero shots for the past two weeks, Ella will now be taking over the Shot 2 lighting, so I’m excited to see her results!
